XGN66-12 fixed type enclosed switchgear cabinet is our company's new generation of high-voltage electrical equipment sets, meets the requirements of national standard GB3906 "3-35KV AC metal enclosed switch cabinet", Ministry of Power DLT404 "Indoor AC high voltage switch cabinet ordering technical conditions", and also meets the international standard IEC60298 "Requirements for AC metal enclosed switchgear and controlgear above 1KV and below 52KV".

 

XGN66-12 fixed type enclosed switchgear cabinet has absorbed foreign advanced technology, small volume, only 50% of the volume of the ordinary switch cabinet, the circuit breaker has high reliability and good performance. The "five prevention" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. The switch cabinet is 3.6, 7.2, 12KV one-phase AC 50Hz single bus segment of the indoor complete set of devices, as the use of accepting and distributing electric energy, and has the function of circuit control, protection and monitoring, can be used in all kinds of power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other places, can also be combined with the looped network application in the switching station.

Product structure Characteristics

 

  • XGN66-12 fixed type enclosed switchgear cabinet is fixed box-type structure, and the cabinet body is welded by thin plate and angle steel. The rear upper part of the switch cabinet is the main bus room, and the top of the room is provided with a pressure release device: The upper part of the front is the relay room, the small bus can be connected from the bottom of the room with cables, and the lower part of the switch cabinet is through. The bus room maintains electrical connection with the lower part of the middle through the GN30 rotary isolation switch, the vacuum circuit breaker is installed in the middle, the ground switch or the outgoing side isolation switch is installed at the lower part, and the current transformer, voltage transformer and lightning arrester are installed at the rear. The second cable is routed from the lower part of the cabinet. The bottom of the cabinet is arranged with a ground bus, which runs through whole rows of switchgear; The isolation switch and ground switch must be operated on the left of the front cabinet.

 

  • XGN66-12 fixed type enclosed switchgear cabinet adopts the corresponding machine mechanical interlocking device, this interlocking structure is simple, convenient operation, "five-prevention" reliable.

 

  • The handle can only be pulled out from the "working" position and right-turned to the "breaking" interlocking position after the circuit breaker is completely breaking, ensuring that the cut-off and disconnection switch cannot be activated while under load.
  • When the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolation are in the closing state, the handle is in the "working position", the front cabinet door can not be opened to prevent accidentally entering the live compartment.

 

  • When the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolation switch are in the closing state, the handle can not be turned to the "maintenance" or "cut-off and interlocking" position, to avoid the mistake of circuit breaker, when the handle is in the "cut-off and latch" position, only the upper and lower isolation can be divided, not the circuit breaker, to avoid the mistake of circuit breaker.

 

  • When the upper and lower isolation is not opened, the grounding switch can not be closed, and the handle can not be rotated from the "cut-off and interlocking" position to the "maintenance" position, which can prevent the live ground wire; Note · According to different switch equipment schemes, some schemes do not have lower isolation, or use grounding switches instead of lower isolation, and their blocking and "five-prevention" can meet the requirements.
